Deliveries
When your order is approaching the final stages we will contact you to arrange delivery. This is usually 2-3 weeks  in advance. We will offer you a date and three hour time slot. Deliveries can be any day of the week and can be from 8am to 10pm. If an offered day/time is not suitable we will add you to the next delivery run in your area which may be 1-6 weeks later.  If you cancel your delivery within 72 hours of your timeslot you may be charged a re-delivery fee.

We do our best to stay within the allocated time slot but sometimes traffic delays are unavoidable. We will always contact you as soon as possible  if we are running late.

Delivery T'cs and C's
Our teams have a busy delivery schedule and any delays due to access may result in a second delivery being required for which the customer will be required to make payment beforehand.

If a customer fails to show for a delivery any repeated deliveries will also be charged for. If they cannot contact you via the contact details given, and you are not present on arrival they will wait up to 20 minutes.

Access
Delivery is to ground floor level only. Delivery involving any flights of stairs must be arranged in advance and may incur a supplement.

Our team reserve the right to refuse any deliveries that are not deemed safe for them to carry out.

Most of our items are large and heavy and not 'flat pack' furniture. We will not lift furniture over fencing or other obstructions and cannot remove doors to widen spaces.

There must be adequate space to allow for fixed legs tables or very large tables to get to the chosen room and access must be simple and safe. Any other furniture or trip hazards should be moved in advance and floor covers used by the customer to avoid possibly dirty footprints.

Parking
There must be sufficient parking close to the property to enable our team to unload and deliver items safely and efficiently.

There must be adequate space to allow for a large vehicle to access the property.

If there are any parking restrictions we should be made aware of this at the point of order. We will not be able to deliver unless we have any necessary permission or permits which will be the responsibility of the customer to provide.

Assembly
Some of our products require assembly - this will be noted in the product listing

Accepting Delivery

The items must be examined on arrival. If asked for a signature, all items should be fully checked before signing for them. We cannot be responsible for any damage or faults not reported at the point of delivery.

Any delivery dates or timeslots given are estimates only.  While we will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the goods within the time slot agreed we will not be responsible for any losses caused to the customer as a result of late delivery, and are unable to offer compensation if the agreed delivery date is missed or cancelled.

Other
We sometimes use third party delivery companies for outlying areas. Your contact details will be sent onto them to arrange delivery. The delivery companies are responsible for organising the delivery of your goods.

Although we will always attempt to have deliveries made in one consignment, we reserve the right to have goods delivered in more than one consignment, unless otherwise agreed.
