Every table in this collection is a painted dining table — legs and frame in High Quality Hardwood, the top in your choice of birch, poplar or meranti ply, all made to your size and specifications.

Colour is genuinely open — we recommend Little Greene, but we're happy to source almost any paintable colour or brand, Farrow & Ball included. See Colours & Finishes for the full story on paint and how we source it.

Leg construction varies across the range too. Some are turned on a lathe by hand; others are square-tapered, with no turning at all. See further down for which is which.

How the legs are made

Turned and square-tapered legs both feature across this range, and each does something different. Turned legs, worked by hand on a lathe, can carry anything from a plain round taper to more traditional, decorative detail. Square-tapered legs skip the lathe altogether — a cleaner, more graphic line, cut straight into the timber.
